This location has allowed us offer a boutique style shopping experience where shoppers can come in, try stuff on and find the perfect fit. Having 1500 square feet of space allows us to have an extensive amount of inventory for customers to browse and purchase. We strive to carry brands in the most popular styles and colors while also offering special orders when you can't find the perfect item within our four walls. We carry shoes and compression socks as well as guy gear for our fellas. Looking for gifts? We have gift cards as well as several different mugs, badge reels and mementos to choose from. You can also check out our healthcare accessories such as blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, scissors and more.

While our mission is really to have people try stuff on for the perfect fit, we understand that might not always be possible. Therefore we do offer online sales options through our online store. Items can be shipped to you or you can pick them up at 26 Whittlesey Ave. Norwalk. However, not all items are available and special orders can not be done through the online option. Feel free to call the store and place an order. We can then send you an invoice. Once your invoice is paid we will happily process your order.
Be Strong Uniforms will accept for exchange only items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. They must be clean with tags attached and purchased in the last 30 days with receipt details available. Store personnel reserve the right to refuse an exchange based on any of these issues included strong odors in the fabric. The following exceptions apply, there are no returns or exchanges on shoes, special order items or clearance items. All exchanges must be done in person at Be Strong Uniforms 26 Whittlesey Ave. Norwalk regardless of whether it was an online or store purchase. If a suitable exchange is not available in the store inventory and a special order item isn't an option then the purchase amount will be placed on a store gift card. Let us help you move the uniform process out of your HR office! Whether you are a big organization or a small office we've got you covered. We work with your uniform requirements and budget restraints to find options that will fit all your employees body shapes and sizes. We can offer fit sets for your employees to try on and place orders while assisting them by being experts on your personal dress code.
If your organization offers employees uniform replenishment we can take your employee list and number of items they are to receive and handle it from there. You can establish a window of time where your employees can come try items on of your choosing. When the time frame is done we will place your order, receive it, pack it up for each employee and notify them of need for pick up. We will then invoice your company for the items ordered.
We are happy to assist your new hires in getting acclimated with the scrub life. Once you have established a relationship with us and provided exactly what a new hire is to wear and receive all you have to do is let us know someone is coming. Once they arrive we will guide them in their choices and number of items and place their order. We will contact your office when the order arrives for you to authorize pick up. We will then contact that new hire to let them know their order is ready for pick up.
Payroll deduct is a way to make your employees super happy without much effort. We love to establish payroll deduct agreements with organizations to allow your employees to come in and shop and have it deducted directly from their paychecks. In order to establish a payroll deduct agreement we simply allow you to determine your terms as to how much the employee is allowed to deduct and how many pays it can be spread out over. We work with your HR office to establish a system for knowing and confirming an employee works for you and then we're all set. Each employee signs a payroll deduct statement that outlines the understanding that if they leave your organization the full balance owed will be taken from their last paycheck. The organization will receive an email as soon as someone uses this feature to allow you to start taking their payments. We will invoice you once a month for the total amount due. In some cases you will have collected the money from your employee before you ever get our bill. The process offers very little risk to the organization while making it easy for your folks to stay within the dress code.
We love to offer sales for your organization because it is just fun for us and fun for your employees at the same time. We work with your organization on a time frame, maybe a celebration for your facility or a time frame around a holiday, that allows for most employees to come into our store. Typically a week is a good time frame. We like to offer games for discounts or have give away items. Sometimes it is a giveaway item the organization has provided such as your employee comes in and purchases something and the organization gives away a free meal ticket with each purchase. These sales can be done as direct payment or this is a great way to trial payroll deduct.
We have a daily courier who is out and about town daily and happy to drop off orders to local business locations whether it be a whole group order or a new hires items.
We handle the whole set up process with the embroider in establishing the logo to be used, size, thread color and additional personalization if requested. We will transport items to and from the embroidery business. Once items are complete we will follow our usual process for packing orders for each individual employee.
